  Awful experience with staff being rude when they messed up my breakfast order twice! Ignored me as well as my boyfriend when I asked for assistance, and unpleasantly tore my sandwich apart and threw it back together sloppy. Other customers around were even in disbelief. I understand it's a busy spot but the customer service is seriously lacking as well as basic manners. Very disappointed! Will not be going back!

  Terrible service, was here may 5th at 4a.m waiting on a tow truck. Stood in line alone for 3 minutes. While the older woman working there chated with a customer in the drive through. Looked over at Mr several times, never once acknowledged me though. Id never return to this location.

  great woman by the beautiful name of isaac! made my bagel while some mean hag was yelling at the poor thing! she was tall, looked about 65, wreaked of cigarettes, honestly really upsetting to see considering the lady helping me was so kind. bagel was good. if i were to go back, it would be to see isaac. such a great staff. thats who you want representing you. i hope tim hortons holds onto her!
